I was there working.

A few nights after this they played a similar set in Italy for Valentino which also included Hush and I got the girl.
That show was fully recorded for the management of Valentino but never given to them, though paid for… and resulted in some legal discussion. I still have the invitation to that show somewhere which was for relations and employees of Valentino.

Thanks for the information! Do you still have the date/City/location of the show for Valentino? We do run a website trying to piece together all of the events that they took part in, also besides regular touring, and it'd be nice to add that information

No. Getty Images usually recorded snippets of events. Similar stuff exists from the first songs in Madrid 1996, for example. And it's unlikely they unleash the entire footage if they have it.

Yeah this isn't something we're ever ever going to get in any, just a nice happy accident someone though to search for Bon Jovi in Getty images.

It really shook my world to see the band in a pre-Crush, post TD setting. Lineup wise I assume it was Jerry Cohen on keyboards instead of David but I guess no one can ever confirm that.

Yeah I assume so 'cause the intro to LYHOM certainly wasn't David playing it.

I checked and it was June 11 in Rome to celebrate/introduce a takeover of the company.

The setlist was almost the same as the previous one but excl born to be my baby and included bad medicine, hush, I got the girl, lose at love and damned.

Can you confirm the order of the first setlist? The video clips clearly show the end of I'll Sleep going in to Bad Name but your set list has it differently :

1. Lay your hands on me
2. Born to be my baby
3. Keep the faith
4. Older
5. Wedding day
6. I’ll sleep when I’m dead
7. Life’s too short for days like these
8. Fear
9. Someday I’ll be Saturday night
10. Livin on a prayer (acoustic)
11. You give love a bad name
12. Real life
13. Wanted dead or alive

I honestly doubt these setlists. Even if one was a fan, it's hard to remember it that well if not impossible especially with the alleged unreleased songs in there that no one knew at the time.

The problem is its very tough to believe but on the flip side, we learned they did Fear in 1999 at a fashion show so really all bets are off.
