Im starting to get emails from You Tube that my videos are copyrighted and belong to Sony ATV???

I upped a video a few days ago and got the same message. Not to worried about it thoguh and they never asked me to remove it.

Sony have nothing to do with Bon Jovi, unless it was a cover song and it has auto-detected it, although the live version should be different enough for this not to happen.

One of my videos I uploaded before of a playback performance of BTBMB was automatically tagged as having 3rd party content from Universal, but as of now nothing has been done about it.

Yes its weird why theyb are tagged by Sony. I thought of challenging the ruling saying Bon Jovi is Universal and not Sony!

I googled the message I got and it appears that its 3 strikes and you are out. So far they have tagged Runaway and These Days

Unless they remove it, it doesnt count as a strike. I dont think Bon Jovi stuff will be removed as they seem to be ok with Youtube. I had 2 crappy clips of Meat Loaf and Scooter taken down of all things
