I'm bored on a day off, so have been uploading some random bits and bobs from my Jovi DVDs.
First off, Hey God from Top Of The Pops in July 1996. Performed "Via Satellite!!!" from Ostend in Belgium. Given that they played there (Or Oostende as I have it down as) on 2nd July 1996 I guess thats when it was performed. Marvel at the mid-song panic as I realised I was recording in LP not SP  I'm a bit obsessed with TOTP performances of the band, so if I have any others Ill chuck them up. Probably because of Jons fantastically bad lip syncing! BJ performing Its My Life for the first time ever, on German game show Wetten Dass. Note Jon on the guitar! Not sure what the cameramans obsession with the moving J is, must be proud of their set! I remember when I got an audio of this before it came out, after the 5 year gap from These Days was so excited! Another Wetten Dass, this time JBJ doing Janie in November 1997, rather randomly with Obie pretending to be on drums! Another one from Wetten Dass, this one of Misunderstood from 2002. MTV News Weekend Edition- short interview feature regarding the making of the It's My Life video. April/May 2000. Jesus, IML is really 10 years old, I remember having a uni exam in Stratford and clearing out the WH Smiths of all 5 copies they had of the single Another memory of 2000, Talk Music interview on VH1 UK from the webcast in Feb 2000. I remember having to go to an internet cafe in Barking overnight to watch this! And connections werent what they are these days!! The reveal of the album title and the short first plays of Two Story Town and Say It Isnt So (which we were led to believe would be the first single, obviously pre-IML) as well as TYFLM (Jon talked of accepting awards for it, I thought it would be a huge Always-style level successful ballad!). DELETED It's My Life video. What I call the Health & Safety edit, MTV cut out some of the dangerous bits like jumping out of the window and in front of the truck and interspersed a few more shots of the band. Sort of a halfway house between the original version and the band only version already on YT.--- Unfortunately this came up on copyright infringement so deleted it  I may well add some more later

Bon freakin' Jovi! live from times square for the 1995 MTV awards. this year was the beginning of my love for the band (i was  and we taped this performance and would watch it eeeeeeeveryday. Ahh the memories.
