Absolutely incredible version of Say It Isn't So from Zurich in 2000. Love Jon's tone to his voice. Effortless. And this live version has made me view the album version differently.

A great show and dvd that, great energy from the band. Love the likes of OWN etc too, proper good time stadium rock n roll - there's such a contrast between then and the most recent couple of shows. Although the new tunes might be good, they don't pack the same punch and Jon doesn't seem as enthusiastic.. but that's for another thread.

JBJ - I believe

"Sambora's face is a mask of joyous disbelief, as if previously unaware of his ability to play the instrument at all. Reaching the last fistful of notes, he does a fair impression of a man who is actually ejaculating into his jet black flares."

Jon still had it in 2001. Big time. I love the OWN Tour.

Love it.
(Of course, SIIS is one of my favorite Jovi songs period)

I actually can't stand the tone of his voice during this performance.

Here is a much, much better performance of a different song from the Crush Tour:

And a better Always from 2001:

Jon playing IBTFY acoustic as an introduction to Bed of Roses in 1993. Stunning vocals!
