Also, what a setlist! I might die with one like this. Jon used to have balls.
Yes, it was indeed a really great concert and I never expected them to do an acoustic show.
One of my favorite concerts I ever attended.

Here is the full audio of the show:

Edit: Having said that - he plays the solo a lot better. He still lacks Sambucca's emotion, and obviously the tone, but yes, he does play the right notes!

Guitar solo - Perfect.

Jon's voice - Absolutely cringe-worthy.

I don't think the guitar solo is perfect, but it's a lot better than Jon's vocals. It's starting to sound worse than when the song was introduced in 2006, which is kind of telling how bad his voice is nowadays.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Just goes to show how much Jon's voice has deteriorated in the last 10 years.....

I've always wondered what would Always (on it's original version) sound if Jon had attempted to sing it on the HAND tour. Now I know !

And at one time I thought that the Bounce tour (2002-2003) had the worst vocals possible from Jon. I didn't see how far he could deteriorate

Jon then wanted to leave the stage for good. But Hugh pulled him back, pointed at a Never say goodbye banner and said something to Jon. Jon nodded and they started Never Say Goodbye acoustic... But changed it into electric towards the end.
They were a band back then. I wish those days were back.

His voice was fine until the middle of the european leg in 2003. Before that, there were awesome versions of Saturday Night and Keep the Faith. He still had a good range in his voice back then. When he went for a high note, he didn't look as if he was about to cum.
