If you watch this video and just focus on Jon's face, he does not look old at all. All he needs to do is fix is hair and he could take of 15 years.

Agree, he looks the same as he has for the past 4 years maybe. Though I do have to say, his hair even if gray, does look a bit healthier, and for some reason anytime he gives a speech my attention goes somewhere else....
