The entire performance is great, but that kneefall with the raspy vocals at 6:48!!! It's because of moments like these the Circle tour was so special to me

This showcases that if he is really into the song and performs it instead of just singing it than new stuff catches the audience as good as the old stuff does. But unfortunately there aren't too many "new" songs where he shows this passion.
And by saying that: The Circle/Greatest Hits tour was one hell of tour!!!

Agree... And why that song hasn't been in every single set since is beyond me. It could have been Jon's modern day "KTF"
