The STBI performance from Sydney has probably already been dissected elsewhere, but it just occurred to me that this is a really good performance. Jon sounds miles better than how he did at the O2 (especially on the 'World gives you nothing' line) and even though he never exactly reproduces the long note from the album, both choruses are nonetheless impressive and you can tell he's really feeling it- a feat considering how much vocal acrobatics this setlist required. The band itself is much more competent with the song than it was at the O2- the entry back into the chorus from the solo isn't ****ed up, and I only noticed now (to my delight) that Richie echoes Jon's lines in the finale. Well done.
What a damn fine performance.

I would agree that this is better than the O2. It seems like they've been singing it for years. Jon sounds brilliant, and he seems more comfortable with his voice. The ending is great, too. I can feel the power, even through my cheap laptop speakers. This is how Bon Jovi should perform EVERY song EVERY night. It would even make Bad Name, Captain Crash, and WGIGO more exciting.

I would love an official DVD of the Sydney shows, (These Days, STBI, I Believe, Dry County, NSG, and Living in Sin included). I would applaud the band greatly if they do so.
