There's a few other songs out there like this as well that weren't part of the broadcast and you hear them rehearse songs like the Animals medley and Papa Was A Rolling Stone for the first time. Someone has to go out and buy the original record so they all know how the original vocal arrangements are and I think Tico sings partially lead on that as well. Alec makes plenty of mistakes, he can't play the Keep The Faith bass intro and skips notes here and there. It's a great find.

Hm, that still confuses me. It's clear they're working out the arrangement for Fields of Fire, they're pretty much writing the song during the recording of Evening With?
That WOULD make more sense with Alec being there I guess then.
