Not so sure I can see where you're coming from - used to have a similar attitude and might be a bit biased since I've been knowing the guys from Bounce personally for quite some time, but to me Olli just has a distinctive voice on his own which isn't too close to Jon's but fits the songs well enough not to make them sound too alienating.

Well, you picked one of the baddest performances of Jon there from last tour, didn't you?

I know what you mean, and everyone is more than entitled to like who they like, but to me Bon Jovi = Jon, most importantly because of his voice. I even have songs from other bands which I only like as a Bon Jovi cover (Rocking All Over The World for example), mostly because of Jon's voice. Hell, in his best days he could take any song and turn it into something special
But it's not just BJ. I also find it strange when other bands (have to) change their lead singer. On the one hand, I perfectly understand it (happened to me and my band as well, but we're hobby musicians), on the other hand, the voice is the most recognizable thing for me, so I feel that that's not a good idea.
Anyway, pass some greeting along to Bounce if you want, their playing is excellent and yeah, Olli can definitely sing, his voice is just not my cup of tea, but I wish them all the best
