But as for the singer...He's certainly better than Jon has ever been. He's capable of nailing In These Arms in the original key, meaning not tuned down half a step. The same goes for everything else. I don't think Jon was ever capable of doing so, not even while recording In These Arms. Always, Good Guys, In These Arms, all sung better than Jon ever could.

They're pretty much the only band capable of nailing the songs Jon just can't sing anymore, and the guitarist is getting better as well. He'll always be sloppy, but then again, Richie used to be on another level, really. And think about it, they're a cover band. Cheaper gear and all of that. I kind of wonder what Bon Jovi would sound like through their amps, mixed by their people, if you know what I mean.

I remember when the TLFR shows were live broadcast from the Borgata I had it saved and you could hear the mistakes and rough patches and how smoothed over and levelled out it sounded when it was all cleaned up for the DVD. The backing vocals in It's My Life especially.
