No, that is not what is about to me. I can appreciate that Jon has lost confidence in his voice because, frankly, it has been shit for a while now.

I did not only mean the live performance aspect of it, but more the creative passion (or the complete lack of it) in the recent decade. They have been churning out one uninspired album and tour after another. Say what you want about the TLFR album, but at least there was creativity there and I felt that they had dug deep artistically. Why do Bon Jovi not come up with cool ideas such as having an orchestra perform their songs rather than releasing another album full of It's My Life clones? That is what I meant by writing that other people display more passion for Bon Jovi's music than Bon Jovi themselves these days.
