Edited my original message but I guess you didn't see the new message.
Found it! It's a 2:06 long video in a really old format (.rm - real media) but VLC player plays it just fine. The first 50 seconds is Billy Joel talking and then it's JBJ & RS performing. I really wish there was a full version of this. Let me know how I can send you the video.
