I noticed two things about the Bon Jovi fan community... They love Fee Stuff and could be stingy about sharing their collection... That's why I love the members who do share... Why have stuff if you are the only one listening to it?? Anyway, we did something similar with this current tour and ran into all sorts of issues... Some were purchasing / sharing more than others, some were taking stuff and posting it on other pages... and this was for stuff that's not even in demand... I couldn't imagine what this would cause for classic stuff... I think there is a site for people who want to share and it's called YouTube... That's where most stuff ends up anyway...
