Instrumental is playback, but Jon's vocal is live (aside few parts on the chorus). pretty good perfomance from Jon, as it is on the original key of the song.

It kinda sounds like Jon has a bit of a cold going on here. His voice is a bit iffy if you ask me. Still a very good performance from him though.
