I've looked at it a few times now and it is 100% green-screened. It makes sense, I suppose. It would have been a massive undertaking to film that video on location and it can be done well, cheaply, and safely in a studio so why not.
It just took me by surprise when I watched it initially based on what I had read. I saw an article on billboard and hadn't read these threads so I was expecting a live video performed on a harbour, and I saw a mimed performance in front of a green screen.
The band/Jon deliver so many letdowns nowadays.
