It was recorded in the intention to be released, if you remember. That was gonna be the acustic cd/dvd that the fans had longed for. Jon wasn't impressed with the final result and they were lovely enough to go and record the truely fantastic 'Greatest Hits With A Twist' instead

....when you think of all the awesome stuff that is in the bands archives, and they decide to release TLFR!!
To my knowledge, it was never shown on Japanese Television, so not sure how a dvd 'exists' and is currently in the 'trading circles'.
