Are you sure it wasn't a theatre issue? I rarely go anymore because I realized my HD TV is better than what they use in theatres. That's why I said unless they were showing it in Imax 3D, I wasn't going to take time off from work to go see this. The last movie I saw on a regular screen, I was too aware of the fact the definition just plain wasn't there and the motion was jarring (and I don't even have 120 hz motion processing at home yet, which would only heighten my awareness of the theatre deficiency.)

It sounds like overall it was great. I guess we will just have to hope for either a DVD (BluRay) release or a Palladia release.

I'm seeing this one Thursday when it shows here in the UK, but have a question for those who have seen it - what is the running time? According to Odeon it is 98 minutes, Cineworld say 112 minutes and Vue say 125 minutes!

I guess I got the rotten apple in the pile in terms of audio quality, since it sounds like everyone else enjoyed the show. It was so bad that I couldn't enjoy the actual performance. =/

On the bright side, my girlfriend (who is only a casual fan at most) liked it overall.

Sounds good, I hope there is YouTube material soon. Sadly, I wasn't able to get out there last night. But seeing as it is a theater show, and no words of a DVD show, I think we might have to wait a while. I really want to see IBTFY, though. I've recently rediscovered it and I love how they've been doing it this tour.

I assume this is the version of BOB you saw, just higher quality.

And if the end of the movie was night 3, than this is probably the version of Prayer you saw and heard.

Default The Circle Tour Movie
We saw the movie last night in Boynton Beach Florida. The theatre was only 1/3 full with fans from ages 8 years old to 70!
The movie with all of the intro material was 2 hours long. We did not have any technical problems but we thought it would have looked better on our HD TV. I totally enjoyed the show and loved all of the shots of Richie have so much fun while on stage. We never get to see Richie goofing around like that. Diamond Ring stole the show for me and made my husband a Bon Jovi fan!

Saw it in North Brunswick NJ. Almost a sell out.

It had a similar feel as to actually being at the show and watching the concert through the big screens (which is basically what I did anyway in section 135). You obviously loose the live crowd feel and the atmosphere was obviously different but it was still very enjoyable. A nice way to spend a relaxing Monday night.

I thought it was the perfect length (not too long and not too short). They went from song to song with very little BS in between.

The end had a live version of This Is Our House while the credits were rolling. But it was cut off a quarter of the way through. Sounded Great. And I'm still a fan of that song

The price is still annoying me about this. As the only Bon Jovi fan out of my mates, it will be pretty hard to pursuade one of them to pay £10 to see this. Would be much easier at the standard Odeon price of £5.70.

It ran two hours, but that included the What Do You Got video and a behind the scenes part too. I'm not sure how long the concert by itself was.
