i want to hear that live also!

I heard the worst vocal performance by Jon ever from the Tokyo soundcheck though and it made the song difficult to appreciate

Yes! Thanks so much for sharing. I will never be able to feel the same now.

It was really bad.

You know that Jon doesn't actually sing in soundchecks? Just saying the words basically.

For the topic, I'd want to hear Keep the Faith/Something To Believe In. Those two songs... they have made such influence, very strong songs.

he does sing trust me - and you DON't want to hear just how bad

he's not just saying the words - he's full on singing and he's putting a lot of effort into it but just can't do anything right

I think it would be amazingly stupid of him to stress his voice already in soundcheck. I have heard soundchecks and yes it sucks big time. He never sings like in the shows. Most high notes are missing (sometimes in concerts too, d'oh) and his voice seems somehow "lazy". Have to disagree about "lot of effort".

he's amazingly stupid by your definition then

have a listen to the Tokyo soundcheck if you can

he's not singing like in concert no, and yet he seems to be putting more effort in to the singing at times but he just cannot hit the notes...

musically they rock though and there's a great guitar solo on wild is the wind
