Jon gave Hardest Part Is The Night a try during soundchecks for The Circle tour and Backstage uploaded the audio and video of the performance. Let's just say it's obvious why they never played it live. Considering how dreadful Jon sounded on Only Lonely it came as no surprise he opted for easier rare stuff from later in their career.

Never been a big fan of Only Lonely.

That being said, I'd take just about anything over the title tracks Lost Highway and What About Now, as well as 3 or 4 other singles-but-not-hits they have run into the ground the few tours.

I'd rather have Say It Isn't So, Everyday, One Wild Night, etc, again, but I'd take Only Lonely.

Here's the audio, it sounds awful: .

I also think that Roulette would sink live, it's a boring song. On the other hand Get Ready could get the crowd going, and Shot Through The Heart sounded great back in The Circle Tour.

All 3 were done a bit on the Circle Tour. I really think either Get Ready or 99 in the Shade would make great opening songs.

Already heard it,bit it was about 28 years ago so would love to hear it again. As for the video,it's not from a film but I remember years ago Jon complained that they were made to act in the video like it was a film storyline and he hated it.

So you want rsre songs but not if Roulette is one of them it definitely isn't a boring live song but there's not much chance of hearing it again so hey how.
