Dorothea seems a very nice woman to me. I like the way they always walk hand in hand etc. I don't know her personally so I can't judge, but she seems rather nice.

I'd say so, yes. Not on the same plane as Dorothea, since she's been a "larger" source of inspiration, but yes. I mean, why not? It's not like thses sources of inspiration were writing the actual songs - that's inside Jon's and Richie's heads but they're there, at the beginning. I don't see why it's such a terrible things to acknowledge their presence.
