IThere's only one version of Runaway. It's the one on the Bon Jovi album. Read the credits, it's recorded by "The All Star Review" on June 1982. The Review inculdes Tim Pierce (guitar), Roy Bittan (keyboards), Frankie La Rocka (drums), Huey (Hugh) McDonald (bass), David Grahamme & Mick Seeley (backing vocals) and of course Jon on vocals / backing vocals.
