why do you want an album with songs you have on other official albums... i think one best of is enaugh for this time- and i honestly can only think of td and iml which would make it to a best of- all the other singles (except the td singles which obviously jon doesn't like) were not what i'd call "hits" (think the best chart positions of siis, tyflm were between 10-20, own didn't even make it to the top 20 here, everyday asa a starter only got to #9- that's what i rather call "flops" for a band which has sold 90 mio. albums) but this is not the only reason: the major reason is that i already know the songs and that i already have them on official releases.
what i want are demo songs mayber remastered, part of them newly recorded, and live songs- and i don't want the live songs to be from OWN LIVE and i only want a little number of them to have been released on any singles- because that's a work i could do too on my comp  - ripping the singls and make a cd... demos mostly are in bad qualities (love hurts, now and forever, growin' up the hard way,...) so i hope that they release them- and i honestly think they'll do that!what i also appreciate is if they bring some demoes out, none of us have heard and none of us knows (sorry- but i can't give examples for some obvious reasons )to summarize: what i want is some NEW stuff- unreleased live tracks- and pls. not again only the hits- and unreleased demos and songs! quote of the day: Jon at live in Atlanta, Star 94' radio show moderator: so how do you feel 'bout napster? jon:... well you know, when i bought a computer, i got onto that napster thing- and i found some really cool stuff of ours on it *lmao*

I have read this through & am struggling to find where anyone has suggested another greatest hits album
 I think however the most popular BJ tracks r inevitable (Just 'cos we long-time fans don't want any, it doesn't mean its gonna happen.) Hence I think this is more a discussion of how best to fit those tracks in with the stuff we REALLY want. - EG: Most popular hits over 4 CDs = LOTS of rooms for demos / live tracks etc.... Ie: Similar to Pandoras box by Aerosmith, except with not quite as many hits on. Mike
