It's a good movie, but the ending is very sad I didn't expect it when I was watchin And I wish that Jon had had a bigger part in the movie

Agree totally. Some of the films he's chosen have been strange, so its hard to really judge his acting skills.

Pay it forward is my fave "jon movie" but not for him, but it was most enjoyable film hes been in.

Acctually there's a little process called auditioning that actors are often involved in.
Actually, good roles are often casted, not auditioned for. For some films the casting directors cast people for auditions. So, the probable reason is that Jon's not getting offered good enough scripts to play. Which maybe why he's writing one for himself.

What a great movie!!! Actually, when I watched it I didn't know that Jon was in it so it was a nice surprise to see him. Don't you just love to hate his character? What a jerk!! Although his role was small I think he played a good part.
