And that was just about the Induction. Throughout the entire interview, any mention of Bon Jovi (with the exception of playing LOAP live, I think) sounded whiny and somewhat disrespectful, imo. Maybe it's because he prefers talking about The Drills, which would be understandable; but that doesn't mean he should be negative about the "other" band he's currently with.

All I can say is if he wasn't complaining, I'd sure hate to hear what he has to say if he really starts bitching!
Completely disagree with your take on it. To me it sounded like he was questioning his own right to be there all through the whole thing, but then his family was there etc. so he had to endure.

To me it looked very humble and not whiny at all. F.ex. to me when he said Richie played the solos and he learned the rhythm he sounded insecure on if he got it right - not like he wanted the solos.

This board will make drama out of paint drying - if there is Jon or Richie involved

EDIT: Also, I mean no disrespect. I am not saying my take is better than yours, but on a second read through it might sound like it. I don't mean it. I am just offering a different take that to me, was obvious.
