Oh, you meant was I talking to myself?

Not really. It was meant to be a joke. As if someone was reading it and thinking "No one's that shallow..."

But, I suppose yeah, I might have been. I do that sometimes.

I really should read the whole message before I reply.

I don`t agree. If Jon is somewhere alone or even with his wife, well, then they know it`s part of th ejob. But those kids don`t know and they are yet too young to cope with it. Though I wonder if kids of any age can ever handle the fact their dad or mum is famous. Look how many of them have problems in real life?
I think it`s really great the band tries to keep their kids out of th espotlights.
And by the way...why should you be interested in some 4 year olds, or a baby crying all along the way or a teenager that wants to find out who he or she really is.
We love Bon Jovi because of the music don`t we??????????
If "famous" parents choose to have children while living that type of lifestyle, then they will have to deal with the consequences. I commend the members of BJ for keeping their kids out of the spotlight, but it doesn't mean people won't be interested in the children. You may not think it is right, but it is going to happen regardless. It comes with being famous. Nobody said fame was easy.

I totally agree with Mousebounce. It's part of the job that people are curious to your private life. I don't like paparazzo's who camp in your garden, but when you take your kids on stage, you shouldn't complain about the press who are publishing photo's of your kids. If you don't want them to be in public, you must keep them locked in the hotel room when there is a concert and fans and press are around. And when you walk in the streets with your kid in a buggy, you know that there is a possibillity that someone will take a picture. You will always be recognised, wherever you go, whatever you do, it is part of the job! People are curious...

And do you really think the kids are suffering all the attention? They have never had a normal life... they are used to this kind of life and they are used to the attention. I mean, they don't know what it's like to have a "normal" life. They go to school with other celebrities kids, they live in an estate, they've got nannies, they go on tour with their dads, they've travelled the world, etc. etc. etc. I don't think they are suffering.... they are used to it.
