Anyway, I know pretty much about this band, believe me. I alos know pretty much about pretty many other GLAM rock bands and SKID ROW's Thickskin or whatever and Bouce are definetly the worst records any of these bands have produced.
I think the point flew over your head (what was that, about 4 feet?)

Most BJ fans really could care less what any critic thinks of the band. Do you know 1 person who liked Bounce better than Slippery or New Jersey (besides Rolling Stone?) Didn't think so. IE - They have no idea what they are talking about.

I would say calling Bounce the "worst record any of these bands has ever produced" was a bold statement, but it really isn't. It's just stupid.

Until a critic is positive about a review. Then they suddenly care and feel the need to post it.

I can't tell you that, haven't listened to any other album, but I wouldn't rate it higher as a 2, on a scale from 1 to 10. In my opinion, everything is below par, with the exception of 3 songs, but none of those are or will become classics.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

I liked The Distance, I wouldn't mind that making a few appearances again. Can't see Undivided being played again, 9/11 songs won't be do again I reckon, plus, it wasn't that strong as a live song.

I like Bounce. Not love it perhaps, but its a reasonabe experiment IMO, the concepts are good, but the killer solos and stuff are lacking. The Distance should remain part of the set, especially if the outro solo is retained, Everyday might remain in the set, and I'm hopeful that Undivided will, although I don't think its likely. Maybe keep some of the ballads for occasional acoustic renditions.

Hmm, I'd rather the ballads from Bounce were forgotten about completely.

I hope they keep The Distance and Hook Me Up. I hate the solo to HMU tho. Whenever I play it I use the same frets but thrill all the notes and it sounds brilliant and really suits the song. The rest of them are just very forgettable. Undivided and Everday just kinda blend into the one. Bounce is an absolute abomination tho. Even a boyband would be too embarassed to perform that "Bounceeeeeeeeee bounceeeeeeeeee nothing gonna get me down bounceeeeeeeee bounceeeeeeeee" etc. Gimme a break.

The only songs I'll miss off Bounce will be The Distance and Undivided. Everyday and Bounce are just artifical pop songs.
