You can't put it like that. There ain't a single song on "These Days" that I would call a filler. Crush has with "Captain Crash) (#9) and "One Wild Night" (#12) two really great classics on the second half - apart from the fact that also here I like every songs, especially "Mystery Train" which is #7.
I could agree that the second half of "Bounce" has some weaker tracks, especially "Love Me Back To Life" and "Open All Night" which doesn't mean they're bad.
For HAND, well yeah, it has their weakest track on the second half, "I Am", which just says nothing to me, but also one of their strongest post-2000 songs: "Novocaine".
