To be honest, none of their new ballads do anything for me. Thank you was the only one that I have really liked lately. The old ballads are a lot better in my opinion.

Me too. Since practically half the songs on the album are ballads, it makes for a very quick listen.

Yes, the only great ballard since Cross Road would be This Ain't A Love song. The rest just don't seem to have the right passion. The rest (post Cross Road) just seem to be trying to capture that passion (like on I'll Be There For You, Never Say Goodbye, and Always) but they seem to fail.
