Default Power Station Years.

I'm sure this has been done recently but yesterday I bought (at last!) this CD and I wanted to know what you people think I had already listened to several songs though so only a few were completely new to me.

I sort of like it, even if I don't see myself listening to it very often - just from time to time when I'm really in the mood for it.

The feeling is very raw and very different to Bon Jovi (even the first Bon Jovi). Very 80s too :P

Anyway, any opinions?

Actually, I believe it's not so bad as Jon uses to say it is I can say that I like some songs from this album like: Maybe Tomorrow, Charlene and Hollywood Dreams.
Anyway, it's interesting to have this album in your colection!

I actually really like this album - it's one of those that I can listen to each song on without skipping over one. It's pretty dated, but it still sounds good.

IMHO Jon voice sounds very bad on this album... He was to young to make a goog record. & it's a very mistical story about release of this album. Jons brother make it without his agreement... Sorry 4 my bad english

It WAS his cousin. And since he has the legal rights an these recordings he can do with them whatever he wants to.

I wouldn't say it's a good album but I always find it interesting to hear how the members of BJ started and where they are coming from (musically).

I bought a 20 track version of the album just over a year ago, which has all those on the 14 track version plus 6 others (whichever one's, I don't know).

Apart from the number of tracks and artwork, is there any real difference between the two?

I have a Japanese version with 11 songs on it,
and lyrics in the booklet,
but I guess there are tons of different versions
of this 'album'...
