Probably all the versions are legal and Tony owns the rights, some of the songs were actually rerecorded @1998 with Tony only keeping the original vocals. He can lisence the songs in any combination to any company and makes money on each.

from memory the acoustic runaway was all redone and most of the tracks on the original release as the demo tracks were just that demos played by stray musicians for free in off hours

So you collect all releases out there?


But now you made the thing even more complicated
Would it be possible to check by you (if you have this information) which songs are actually re-recorded and on which version they appear?
