Quite a few people had problems recently. Some people got wrong stuff. Some people's order ended up somewhere else, like Slovenia instead of Germany, and so on and some people got stuff without having anything ordered. It seems they had too many orders the weekend where you didn't need to pay postage and still got the 50 % off code.

Everything I have ordered I have received... eventually.

However, it seems like the box is always busted to hell. One poster I received has stayed in the closest due to all the creases and wrinkles... worthless. However, shirts are a good bet, I guess.

For a major seller like this, there should be no such thing as "too many orders". This is one of the biggest bands in the world; their customer service and sales department should run very smooth. I've never had any desire to order anything through bonjovi.com, and I especially don't now.

I didn't mean this as an excuse. There is no excuse for a chaos like this.

Thanks for all your responses. Looks like Im not alone. Its really surprising that he would allow the Bon Jovi name to be on this kind of service. He is so protective of its image.

I'll try some of the suggestions. Thanks. Looks like the lesson from here on is to order all Bon Jovi merchandise through Amazon.

I bought a shirt on there on black friday for $4 total, but I got a call a few weeks later saying they were out of stock and gave me a refund. The Slippery gold record came on time and in good shape though.

My brother had a similar experience. He ordered the calendar on December 8th and his credit card was charged. He got an email that it shipped December 13th. I received it today, December 29th. Needless to say, he is pissed because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and he paid for express shipping. He will be filing a complaint. Thanks for all those email addresses, Kev!

My husband ordered 2 gifts from them during first week of December. He had an email saying order processed and goods shipped but still nothing. Have sent emails chasing but have not received the courtesy of a reply!

Will try some of the email addresses posted earlier in the thread - many thanks.

UPDATE Jan 9: I exhausted all avenues with the website and their customer service. Incidentally, I wasn't even looking for a quick resolution, just for them to respond. I got nothing.

So I used the link provided by Kev (thanks dude) to the LA better business bureau. Its a surprisingly easy process. Filed my complaint and got an immediate response. They refunded my money immediately, said that the "order was mistakenly never sent" and said they were still sending the merchandise. My credit card statement has gotten the refund and thats good enough for me. I haven't seen the merchandise yet but I won't be holding my breath.

Its obviously a poorly run company but they do respond the the BBB. So you guys who are still looking for merchandise...follow Kev's link on page 1 of this thread...and good luck.

That's good to hear, glad you got a refund at least. I just wish they would pull their finger out of their @ss and get a move on with the year 23 membership package.... Not holding my breath that I'll see any of that this side of 2012.
