So I used the link provided by Kev (thanks dude) to the LA better business bureau. Its a surprisingly easy process. Filed my complaint and got an immediate response. They refunded my money immediately, said that the "order was mistakenly never sent" and said they were still sending the merchandise. My credit card statement has gotten the refund and thats good enough for me. I haven't seen the merchandise yet but I won't be holding my breath.

Its obviously a poorly run company but they do respond the the BBB. So you guys who are still looking for merchandise...follow Kev's link on page 1 of this thread...and good luck.
Thanks for providing us with an update. Always nice to know how people have gotten on. There are ways and means around ANY customer service issue - but you just need to know who to take your concerns to. If you pester enough, something always gets done

I have made countless calls and receive a msg to leave a number and someone will call back in 24 hours. Doesn't happen. Ive sent several emails through the "contact us" on the website, no one has responded. Very disappointing service and I would expect better from the official site.

Has anyone had similar experiences or ideas?
I have stopped ordering from them Back in 2008 I had a big order sent by USPS that never reached me It took them 3-4 months to send me a replacement order by UPS. Now if you want them to ship by UPS the shipping charge is more than the original order sometimes. I never had bad experience from any store online

I ordered something back on that weekend when they had the free shipping - somehow between the order page & the confirmation page a glitch messed up the addresses (it changed both my billing & shipping address to the same wrong address.) I realized the problem & tried to contact customer service, leaving messages & emails & got no response. I *did* eventually get the package after 2 weeks, but it looks like it was shipped out, returned & then shipped out again to the correct address. Thank goodness I got it exactly on the day I needed it as it was a present, but it would have been nice for an email saying "There was a problem with shipping your order, but it's been resolved & the package is on it's way to your correct address" because it caused a lot of hassle/stress finding a replacement gift & then having to return it when the item *did* get there.

Just an add: At international orders UPS takes 10 EUR extra just for getting the stuff through the custom. No other parcel service I know takes the extra money.
