I suppose when Jon uses a machine on his voice he sounds a little punky.

I think the punkiest video Ive ever seen was I believe, I was so shocked when I first heard and saw this video , I sat there on the couch in shock thinking what happened. I think the video and song definately has a punk feeling to it, but I wouldnt call it punk.
