Question about Crush DVD

Last night I was watching the Crush DVD and the section about "on tour with Bon Jovi"...the backstage stuff. Anyway, they showed a few clips from U-571, but they were all in German. I'm pretty sure that the scenes that they showed should have some English dialogue. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, I was a bit surprised when I suddenly heard someone speaking my native language. I also thought there was something wrong with that because that part of the movie didn't seem to be German when I watched it, but I can't be sure about that because I watched a synchronized version of the movie.

The beginning of the movie is in German. I know this because a friend of mine bought the DVD and wanted to watch it in original language and went 3 times to the shop to replace the DVD because she thought the English version wouldn't work until she found out that the beginning is in German.

I don't know what scene is on the Crush-DVD though. Maybe it's the beginning.

I think I'm going to have to watch U-571...this is kinda bugging me
