Yes so I heard and read. Lots of people have been talking about Hyde Park but when looking at the setlist and when listening to the bootlegs of both shows Mannheim looks like the best show from the Bounce tour, not Hyde Park.

I wasn't in Hyde Park but I personally liked Mannheim better than Munich, which a lot of people say was the best show.

Aloha !

I was in Hyde Park and I personally think Hyde Park is overrated. Just because they played for 90.000 people doesn't make it a good show. The atmosphere was great, but Amsterdam had a better atmosphere, me and Thierry agreed on that. Though he still says Mannheim was the best, and he has been to Hyde Park and Mannheim.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

So my question is...

If Richie sang the lead vocals and David the background ones.... what did Jon do when IBTFY was sung???
He went off stage and usually came back with different shirt on .... gave him a little break..... wish Richie would have done one of his own songs though...............instead of IBTFY

I didn't even get to see Richie sing IBTFY at the Houston show. They played the Houston Live Stock show and Rodeo, and I was mad at the crowd because it was mostly Rodeo people and they wouldn't clap or stand up or anything, they just sat there like they're a~~es were glued to the seat. So dissrespectful, I think. That was my first BJ show I loved it even though I didn't get to see Richie sing, and I was really looking forward to that.

I doubt the guys will be going back to Houston. Since most of the people weren't standing up etc. Hope they come closer to me next tour whenever that is.

They had to know to expect a different type of crowd when they signed on to do a rodeo. They knew they'd be playing an abbreviated performance and it would be to a predominately country-based crowd. That's one reason I didn't go to Houston. It was too far to go for a short show.

It's was only a hour and a half drive for me.

That I would have done. 1 1/2 hours is like nothing to me. I always go to Atlanta which is about 6 hours one way. I went to St. Louis and Knoxville which were about 10 hours one way each. Houston would have been about 6-7, I think.
