Default Question reguarding Damned

In the beginning of Damned, before the song starts, someone says something. Does anyone know who it is and what they say? Thanks.

I don't remember right now exactly what he says but that's John Kalodner; he's an A&R exec who has been a big supporter of Bon Jovi since the 80s.

Default damned

It is John Kalodner and he does say "There is something you where singing/saying there that made sense" - along that line anyway.

I really think it's meant as an inside joke between John K. and the band.

Kalodner is apparently a major perfectionist and works his bands to the bone during the creative process.
