QVC Predictions

hello all and welcome to the (un)Official QVC Prediction Thread.
here you can post how many copies of Bounce will be sold through QVC.

my prediction:

25,000


a sidenote:
QVC.com says the Bonus DVD will contain 12 unreleased video vingettes,,in other words,,about 30 seconds of 12 songs i'm sure we could all probably name ( bad name, prayer, wanted, IML, everyday,,,etc).
doesn't sound too exciting to me

I honestly don't know where to start guessing but I feel that this QVC thing is a smart move and it would be a shame if it failed- I don't believe it will though. 25,000 sounds about right though..........

I don't know but I think they will be a sell out.

I really hope is more than that But Im sure whatever it is they will sell. I predict 25-30,000...guess we will have to wait and see. I saw a promo on tv last night..not on QVC but on another channel. So the promotion part of it is well underway

If they were selling the album alone it would never sell that many but anyone who wants the DVD has to buy the album too. I'm sure part of this whole thing is just a ploy to boost the album sales. A good ploy I guess since we're all going to buy it.

Well, yeah it's a ploy to sell more albums but it's not directed at the fans who already have Bounce... sure, we'll all buy (well, I'LL buy) the QVC tour edition or whatever it is they're calling it for my collection... but that's my perogative. You gotta figure, they're trying to reach the people who haven't bought Bounce already. So we can complain that they're ripping us off and trying to get us to buy doubles/triples of what we have but it's not the diehards like us that they're marketing too... I'm sure they know there will be a bunch of us that will buy anything but QVC is about reaching the people sitting at home on a Saturday night with a remote control and a credit card...

Am i reading BJ are being sold on QVC?! Whats the world coming to?! Cant people be bothered going to the shop and picking it up themselves?! Cant BJ promote the album/themselves without using a useless shopping channel on tv.

I can't see it selling that many. Surely only die-hards will buy it, even though they will already have a copy. I presume it will be more expensive, than a regular album, so floating fans will not spend out more on this, if they can buy a normal copy.

its the radio's fault for not supporting the songs off of bounce, We have to request the new stuff on the radio! thats why bon jovi is faced to go on QVC, they have to show the U.S. that bounce is a good cd, you see radio helps bands with that just not this time!
