I'm deleting myself from this group. Can't be apart of a group who acts this way towards the BAND MEMBERS!!!
It's Sebastiaan, thank you very much. It's quite obvious he's lost quite a bit of range and that most of his original, rasp free voice is gone. Then again, before I start repeating myself again I doubt any of it gets true as your replies so far have only indicated how you're an empty poopyhead.

You can't delete yourself from Jovitalk though but I will ask the moderators to close the board for a day to make sure everyone is in mourning over your leaving.

Goodbye.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Yeah, he sounds pretty lousy on this one. In fairness, he knows it himself and mentions it too so I would imagine he'll put in some time in getting his voice in good shape before he goes out a proper promotional campaign or tour. At least I hope he will!

Dude, that's nothing compare with Jon's voice, just check out the shows they did in Portugal and Greece during The Circle Tour, that's losing someone's voice...

I like it but I prefer Jon's North America 2003 2nd leg voice.

It's a pretty rusty performance but he seems a little out of his comfort zone so I'll wait to see how he performs on tour before going for the melodrama of writing off his vocals completely based on one gig.

Considering it's the first outing of the new material, acoustically and in an intimate setting, I'll reserve judgement for the time being.

You can add RIP to his great guitar sound and solos as well.

He sounds like he spent the weekend with Charlie Sheen and a bus full of hookers.

embarassing really.

thing is you could get away with having the odd off night-not now with youtube!

i know this and i m a nobody!

you have to be "on" all the time and a mid 50's boozebag who's partied too hard for too long will struggle to do that!

but even his geetar chops are woeful there!

WHY OH WHY do I always have to agree with YOU???

That doesn't sounded like him at all.

But you can't fake everything on a record and the record is still not bad vocally.
