Did not know this! Perhaps you have no choice then, which sucks, but I still don't believe this is all cold and calculated like some people are saying. It is just a crappy situation all around. I feel the most sorry for Richie, as from the stories I have heard from people who have dealt with him personally, all say he is a very nice guy.
