Radio Sucks

I heard bad name on virgin radio ( http://www.virginradio.co.uk) there another rock station in the uk. PLay bon jovi quite a bit hear prayer and wanted a lot as well as misunderstood n everyday not exactley sure about aaly

that's not a rock radio station !!

All rock radio stations have the world "rock" in them.... you can't have a subtle rock radio station!!!!!

Anybody who's setting up a 100% rock radio station is going to have rock in the title, it just stands to reason.... If you're aiming at such a specific audiance, then you want you're name to reflect the music.....

i.e if you called it "Iron Maiden and similar music" it would maybe be passable, as everybody knows that Iron Maidne = Rock. But you still want to get your target audaince.....

ive heard wanted, prayer, bad name, its my life, TYFLM, misunderstood, bed of roses, and i heard bad medicine off of OWN live cd (?!?!?!?) and those are the only bon jovi songs ive heard on the radio

they play a lot of other good stuff though

virgin radio is just what it says it is... it might occasionally play some rock - but it's watered down and it's not 100% rock - therefore not a rock radio station

not all the radio stations are bad in fact there are different format radio stations! here is a list of what is bon jovi friendly and not!

Adult Top 40- Bon Jovi Friendly (They play Every song bon jovi has ever released old and new) they rock!

Mainstream rock top 40- Bon Jovi Friendly(these are the stations that play the single bounce

Adult Contemporary- they play soft rock , you'll hear all the bon jovi ballads on here

Modern Rock top 40- (alternative rock) No Bon Jovi, maybe ITS MY LIFE if we are lucky

Mainstream top 40- (play top 40) These are the stations that really piss me off like Z100 in NY, i want to kill them they play a bon jovi song then dump it after a month or two they suck!

Rythmic(dance) i don't even have to answer that unless bon jovi has a secret dance hit we don;t know about!

i heard AALY on virgin radio yesterday- one of the first i think to play it- but i'm not sure- but the classic rock shows on virgin- such as Rebel Yell, Smells like the 90s and 80s anthems play quite a few bj songs. oh i heard ' someday i'll be saturday night' on rebel yell which was really cool cause it's the first time i've that on the radio.

The only time we get Bon Jovi on the radio here is on our 80's radio station. Occasionally our classic rock station will play some stuff too, but that's rare.
