In what interview did Jon say he would never act again? I've never heard him say that.

Oh, I think, that was the lifted quote from the Larry King interview and it was taken totally out of context. He never said he was going to give up acting for good.

The Leading Man was a really good film. I wouldn't have watched it if Jon wasn't in it which would have been a shame.

Plus he looked REALLY FIT in it!!!

He never said anything even remotely close to "I will never act again." The tabloid press's ability to spin things to make a story where there is none is quite impressive though.

Yeah Jon really turned out to be the breakout star of 1998, he's really become a big player in Hollywood since! The Leading Man sucked as did his performances in U571 and that Vampire one. Judging on performances so far he is a poor actor.
