I don't have the Crush one, but I did get one for Welcome To Wherever You Are. It's kinda cool.
And as for the LH one off Play.com- the way it was advertised on the website made me think it was going to be ah-mazing, and then when it arrived in this black thing with just the title on it, I was a bit dissapointed. Oh well- that's what I get for getting my hopes up too much
