Oh I more meant writing with Jon, there's lots of songs on ASCAP credited to both of them without Richie. Whether or not they were intended for a solo project I don't know.

Re the label, are they
all signed now or did they just keep the original contract "updating" the terms and adding Phil (since I'm guessing Hugh had to be already there in some capability)? I don't think it was openly discussed by the band.
