Heather Locklear and husband Richie Sambora couldn't figure out why
their new neighbors in ..... , Calif., were so unfriendly.
Finally, the Samboras played "welcome wagon" and went to their house,
armed with a flowering plant and jars of Richie's homemade pasta
sauce. The family explained they'd never had a celeb for a neighbor,
and their realtor advised them to play it cool. Now the families get
together once a month for dinner.
