When i saw Richie in December I COULD NOT BELIEVE how THIN he looked. It looked like he wasn't eating at all. I remember a couple of times he had to keep yanking his pants up because they kept sliding down. There was nothing to him. I thought that maybe he WASN'T eating because he was depressed.
Yes it looks like he has now gained quite a bit of weight. Maybe you are right that he is eating now because he is unhappy. Many people do eat when they are upset/ unhappy/depressed.
Of course I want Richie to be happy. But i guess i am glad if he isn't that he has turned to food and not drugs or alcohol. And i am sure someone will bash me saying why am i happy Richie is getting fat, being fat is not healthy. Yes you are right but I'd rather have him eat then get into drugs to numb his pain. Of course i don't know he is not using them and maybe i am naive but i think richie is smart enough and old enough not to go down that road.
