His timeline of 30 years, 24/7 to me shoots holes in the theory that he wasn't as involved on the last few albums. If he wasn't involved the recording period would have been considered time off. If that timeline is about '83 to 2005 then yeah I get it but that's not why he left. If he wasn't a part of the process he would have just had the time he was on the road as the main problem.
