I thought it sounded a little like Shark Frenzy, too. And I'm with you (and almost everyone else I've seen comment on it), I hope Richie is going in a different direction on his album. Backwards would be fine with me.

(But I guess that's a discussion for the new album thread, instead of this one; so I won't go into how much I liked the the clean sound of SITT; kinda like you were in the same room while he played and sang.)

I have to say one thing for Tommy, though: Everybody knows how I am about lyrics, and there ALWAYS seems to be one word or phrase I just can't figure out (outlaw breed, shooting Judas way up high, etc.). Well, I texted a friend, bitching about that because everything was perfectly understandable except for what he sang after "no backing down no turning around..." So she messaged Tommy on one of the sites; and he got back to her within the hour with the lyric. That was pretty cool. I was impressed.
