IIRC, it was quite different when it was originally posted on Dr. Rudy's FB. Even after Dr. Rudy responded to initial drinking/drugging comments by saying that the only thing Richie was high on was the music, people still swore that he was drunk as a skunk or high as a kite, or both!
Maybe Walleris is right, after all; and the times, they are a-changin'!
