Hey, I was listening to this amazing intro track from Stranger in this town and I've googled the lyrics and there's one part that just doesn't seem to fit for me..

It's when it says

After we make love tonight,
(this part I don't understand) you rest in peace

In the lyrics page it says "our love shall rest in peace" but that's not the case until the last part.

I hear something like "I'll lay the signs you rest in peace" but its surely wrong..

So, if u can help me, It would be great!
